There were clean pots and containers being stored on the ground. This is causing a contamination issue with items coming into contact with floor and potential for dust or debris to accumulate in containers. Some kind of leak in the basement have plumber come out to determine issue and fix. There is an water all over floor contaminating cardboard boxes full of glasses and equipment. There is a missing ceiling tile in front of 2 door freezer. There is also a cracked and warped light shield. By walk in there are multiple warped and stained ceiling tiles. A private party occurred during inspection and customers brought their own food. This event is closed to the public. The snack bar was not preparing food but they were scooping ice and getting drinks. CFPM on-site during inspection. |
